Smiling is also proves to be an excellent exercise for your face. The only thing you need to do is smile widely with your mouth closed. Remember, the lips should not be parted. After holding the smile for 10-15 seconds, get back to the normal position. It helps to get a jawline for men.

Yes, you could make cheeks slimmer by chewing gum because as you chew all the muscles get activated and will cut down the calories from cheeks.
