If you want to get rid of obesity and bloating with age, make it a habit to eat something delicious every day.

In fact, eating a small amount of nuts a day, such as almonds, walnuts, pistachios, or others, can reduce your chances of gaining weight as you age.

It can help improve men's sexual function, prevent diseases such as diabetes and cancer.

And now, according to a study published in the medical journal BMJ Nutrition, Prevention and Health, the daily consumption of nuts can be increased by just 14 grams to reduce the risk of weight gain and obesity.

Nuts are rich in unsaturated fats, vitamins, minerals and fiber but are high in calories, which for a long time was thought to be unhelpful for weight control, but now there is a growing body of evidence.

It turns out that food quality is just as important as quantity.

The new study, conducted by experts at the Harvard TH Chen School of Public Health in the United States, looked at data from three groups of people on body weight, diet and exercise habits from 1986 to 2010.

For this purpose, one group consisted of more than 51,000 medical professionals between the ages of 40 and 75 who were part of a follow-up study, the other group included more than 120,000 nurses aged 35 to 55 who were part of the Nurses Health Study.

The third group consisted of more than 116,000 nurses between the ages of 24 and 44.

Over a 20-year period, these volunteers were asked about their body weight every 4 years, as well as the extent to which they used grease, a week of exercise such as walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or other.

The war average was also checked.

The results showed that between 1986 and 2010, the body weight of these three groups increased by an average of 0.32 per cent per annum, while the total consumption of grains during this period

Research has shown that people who consume 14 grams of nuts a day (either almonds, walnuts or others) are less likely to gain weight or gain weight.  Use reduces the risk of obesity by up to 15%.

Replacing processed meat, refined commodities or sweets in particular can reduce body weight by 0.41 to 0.70 kg in a period of 4 years.

Furthermore, if you do not use nuts, but now make it a habit to eat 14 grams, the overall risk of weight gain and obesity can be reduced.

Reduces the possibility of gaining 5 kg or more, which makes it easier to avoid becoming obese.

One possible explanation is that chewing nuts is a labor-intensive task and results in less appetite, while these nuts are full of fiber, which is a component that increases the feeling of fullness.

And the digestive system is forced to work slowly, which does not cause untimely hunger.

Similarly, the fiber in the kidneys helps to absorb fat in the stomach, which makes it easier to burn more calories and the saturated fats in the kidneys.  Improves the digestive process, ie the process of using calories for energy becomes faster.

The researchers said that the findings suggest that increasing the use of any type of nuts reduces the risk of weight gain on a long-term basis.

It can help keep and prevent obesity.
