Obesity is not uncommon

Most women also say that they eat a lot but still do not control their weight.  So first find out the real triggers for weight gain?  Sometimes hormonal changes and thyroid problems can also lead to obesity in women.  Also, check your eating habits.

Your diet may be high in calories and carbohydrates. In fact, adult women need 2,000 to 2,200 calories a day, and 30 to 40 percent protein, 60 percent carbohydrates, and 10 to 15 percent fat are enough for this purpose.  Exceeding this amount of nutrients increases the chances of obesity as the weight increases.

Remember that all these nutrients are found in excess in marketable and substandard items which leads to weight gain.  Nowadays, the culture of home delivery food has become very common in our country.  Now not only children but also the elderly seem to be benefiting from the untimely home delivery service.  Even women who claim to eat less often enjoy such substandard foods.

So despite eating less, you need to know if the food you are eating is healthy or not.  Also, instead of substandard drinks, drink fresh fruit juices of seasonal fruits. As far as dieting is concerned, never diet at any age as skipping meals gives the body nutrients, energy to the joints, muscles and the body.  Not getting the required amount Dieting apparently reduces weight but weakens bones and muscles which later leads to many diseases.

So if you want to control your weight, first make a chart in which you list your daily routine, times and eating habits and then immediately list the routines and eating habits that are causing obesity.  Try to change and find alternatives.  Also seek the help of a nutritionist who can give you better guidance according to your physical needs.

Keep BMI in mind when creating a diet plan

When making any diet plan, it is also important to know the BMI (Bass Metabolic Index) according to your age and height, the formula of which is something like your weight in the first kg and  Find the steps in Meter Square, then divide the weight by the height.

An even easier way is to write down your weight and height on the internet and find out your BMI.  It is normal if your CBI is between 20 and 25 but if it is more than 25 it is considered as obesity.  If the BMI is between 30 and 35 or more, it is called Overweight.  Similarly, if the BMI is less than 20, it is considered underweight.
