To get rid of obesity

Ingredients:

 

Salad leaves, 1.5 cups, green coriander, 1/2 cup, mint 1/4 cup, parsley 1/4 cup, basil 1/4 cup.

 

For dressing

 Lemon juice 1/2 cup, honey, 4 tablespoons, salt 1/2 teaspoon, pepper (powder) 1/4 teaspoon, olive oil (extra and gin) 2 tablespoons, a few slices of lemon.


Synthesis:

 Mix all the ingredients of the dressing except honey in a bowl.

Then put the honey on a low heat to heat, then when the honey is not hot, pour it slowly in a bowl and keep stirring.  On the other hand, wash all the vegetables with cold water, cut them into thick pieces, dry them and put them in a large glass bowl and mix the honey mixture in the vegetables while pouring it on top of the vegetables.  When the salad and dressing are well mixed, garnish with slices of lemon and enjoy.  You can also eat herb salad as a lunch as it has very few calories.
