What exercises are good according to the age group?

Physical exercises are good for everyone, every person it is necessary that they involved in some physical activities but there comes the restriction that which exercise is good and easy doing for what age group as it is not possible for everyone to do all type of exercises so here is some benefit that what exercises are there



For Old age (60 and above)

Exercises include brisk walking, stationary bike riding, running, low impact aerobics, water aerobics, cycling or other exercise that makes you breathe faster and your heart to speed up.

Ø These exercises are for old people as these are physical activity as well as don’t make person doing something which cause any physical problem to them like if person do such type of exercises slowly and not do it on extreme levels then it won’t cause injury or health problem to them so these are the activities suggested for old people.

Ø Time suggested to them must be approx. 30-35 minutes as this make them full of energy and days suggested for them is 3-4 days per week.



Children and adolescents aged (5-17 year)

Ø This age group people are the most active and they are the one who seriously enjoys doing exercise and physical work but now this age group people are also facing problems like obesity so there is also requirement that they do exercise in proper way.

Ø For them exercise suggested is vigorous aerobic exercise or outdoor games, running, basketball, football, these are some games as well as physical activity which require a lot of energy and most suitable for this age group people.

Ø Time suggested for them to do exercise in aprrox.100-120minutes as this is the age where person body is in phase of development so they require much more time and more exercise.



 People between (20-55 age)

This group age people are the one who have most busy schedule and not having much time to do exercise but there is requirement that person should engage themselves in exercises as their lifestyle is most prominent to get heart disease, blood pressure etc.

Ø Exercises suggested for them are less vigorous exercise or moderate  exercise like walking, cleaning windows or some other household works, double tennis etc these activities are not that cause a lot of tiredness but on the best part they make one’s body fit.

Ø Time suggested for them to do exercise is aprox.150 minutes as these exercise are not very tough even this age group it is require that they should do exercise and give some time for their health and fitness.
