 Why fitness is important in youth? 

They are the backbone of country and fitness is very important for increasing the productivity of youth if they are healthy then they help in increasing work productivity of country. 

This helps them to become active and lead a stress free life it is much more than only being physically fit, it is essential that person should be mentally fit also and for mental fitness there is necessary that person need to have life style which makes them active.

 If they are healthy then they remain energetic for whole day and for that there is requirement that they should engage themselves in outdoor gaming activities, cardio exercise etc.


It will help them in maintaining their body and if youth of country is fit and healthy then working population of country is fit which is very important and essential for country to work properly.



If person didn’t do exercise then definitely his/her body became prone to diseases and rather then spending money on the things which are waste as they are spent because of person carelessness , he/she should make his/ her body engage in exercise which keep them fit.

Diseases like diabetes, hypertension, obesity these are the most common diseases which today’s youth faces and this is all because of their not to much interaction with physical exercise. This is not that much serious! is the thinking of youth its demerits are not which can be seen so easily but as time passes its bad effects will take persons happiness cost a lot to them and what’s the reason for that only one that not engaging themselves in physical fitness and exercises.

What a person can do in making other familiar with physical exercises:

·       ➤Make them aware of its benefits.

·       ➤Try to increase their interest in fitness .

·       ➤Try to play outdoor games it is the most interesting physical exercise and so on.
